Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 1/3 cup uncooked steel-cut oats
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 oz chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Cook the oats: Bring 1 cup of water (or milk for creaminess) to a boil in a small saucepan. Add the steel-cut oats and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats reach your desired consistency.
  2. Assemble your bowl: Pour the cooked oats into a bowl.
